Service terms
Rules covering bookings, prices, memberships and cancellations.
1. Request and confirmation
A request sent through the website is not final until the service accepts it and the client receives confirmation. Its status will be clearly shown at all times.
2. Taxi
The calculator provides an estimate. The final fare is determined by the meter and applicable official tariffs, including any relevant supplements.
3. VTC
The service requires advance booking. Before confirmation, the relevant vehicle and authorisation, place, date, time, duration and price or objective pricing method will be provided.
4. Cancellations
The policy, refund deadline and exceptions are shown before booking and payment. Acceptance is recorded and paid bookings keep their terms. Read the full cancellation policy for Taxi and VTC or visit your account to manage your booking.
5. VTC memberships
Packs show the number of journeys, maximum distance, expiry and usage terms before payment. They are not automatically combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
6. Support and incidents
