Privacy policy
How client, booking and location data are handled.
1. Data controller

2. Data processed
Identification and contact details, quote enquiries, bookings, payments, communications and precise location during pickup or the service. Full card details are not stored.
3. Purposes
To answer quote requests, manage accounts, calculate and provide services, process payments, communicate changes, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Requesting a quote does not confirm a booking or payment. Marketing requires separate authorisation where applicable.
4. Location
The client's point is used for pickup. The vehicle location is shared only during the service and deleted afterwards. Access is restricted to the client and authorised staff.
When you search for a place, the text is sent to Photon (OpenStreetMap data) to return suggestions. A temporary cache is kept for five minutes. Your selected journey is remembered in this tab for thirty minutes so you can continue booking; it contains no contact details and does not authorise advertising tracking.
5. Retention and recipients
Retention periods are defined for bookings, billing and accounts. Hosting, mapping, payment and messaging providers operate under the appropriate contracts and safeguards.

Individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability via cerdeiramobility@gmail.com.
