Cancellation policy
Read the terms before booking and paying. The version applicable to your booking is retained in your account.
TAXI
You may cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before pickup are non-refundable, except where a refund is legally required.
Notice is calculated in exact hours before pickup. At exactly 24 hours, the non-refundable period has begun. Dates are displayed in Galicia time (Europe/Madrid), including daylight saving changes.
No charge is retained if Cerdeira cancels or cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to the company, in the event of duplicate or incorrect charges, where a refund is legally required, or when an exceptional refund is approved. Mandatory consumer rights and any applicable compensation remain unaffected.
A refund is shown as confirmed only after the verified payment-provider notification. Bank processing time depends on the payment method.
If there is no confirmed payment, cancellation creates no new charge. For journeys covered by a membership, cancellation releases the reserved journey without creating a cash refund of the membership.
If Cerdeira cancels for reasons attributable to the company, the full amount paid is refunded without excluding any other compensation required by law.

From My journeys you can review the deadline, see the expected refund and confirm or dismiss the cancellation. If the journey is already under way or completed, contact Cerdeira to review the issue. Requesting an exception does not waive your rights.
