BROWSING
Cookie policy
You can accept, reject, configure or withdraw optional purposes from “Privacy & cookies”.
Essential elements
The sign-in session, requested features and remembered privacy choice make the website work. Your preference and a rejection signal are stored in this browser for up to 90 days. That signal blocks new measurement and communicates withdrawal to the server even if the first save attempt fails. Rejecting optional purposes does not prevent journey calculations or requests.
Optional analytics
Only with your permission do we connect route enquiries, quotes, availability checks, requests and payments to improve the service. Analytics uses general areas rather than exact addresses or coordinates. Names, emails, phone numbers and notes are not included in these events. Sessions separate after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Optional advertising
With separate permission, and once configured, Google and Meta may receive events to measure campaigns. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads use Consent Mode v2. Meta Pixel and Conversions API respect the same choice, including on the server. These providers remain disabled until configured. The browser does not load the Pixel on URLs with query parameters or fragments, preventing private URL information from being sent.
Retention and withdrawal
Marketing history is retained for an operational maximum of 90 days; expired data is excluded and purged when measurement runs or the dashboard opens. Withdrawing or changing consent deletes marketing history linked to this browser's current identifier and stops new deliveries. Booking and payment records needed to provide the service are retained separately under the privacy policy.
Withdrawal does not retrieve data already sent to third parties; you can exercise your rights using the controller's contact in the privacy policy. Deleting cookies before withdrawing consent prevents linking this browser to its earlier history, which remains subject to the retention period.
Measurement limitations
Rejection, blockers and device changes reduce measurement coverage. Fingerprinting is not used to reconstruct visits without permission. Results cannot identify every visitor or determine why someone did not book.
